Issue/Rationale The 2013-14 contract with AdvoServ will continue one Clay County student in residential placement by agreeing to pay for the educational cost.  This amendment changes the education costs to reflect the final FTE amount approved by the 2013 legislative session. Recommended Action Approve amendment.
